"The Package" trailer gives us an insight on all the characters
Are you wondering about what to watch after your beloved "Age of youth 2" came to an end? Worry no more! JTBC has you covered. The company has come up with yet another unique Korean drama called "The Package", starring Jung Yong-hwa and Lee Yeon-hee as the main leads. Bitten by the pre-production bug, this will be JYP picture's first drama to be pre-produced. The twelve episode travel story is written by Chun Sung-il and directed by Jeon Chang-Geun and Kim Jin-Won. In The Package, a group of misfits travel to France on a holiday. Over the course of 12 episodes, they bond with each other as their individual stories unravel. The show will start airing on Saturdays and Sundays from Oct 13th, 2017. Along with the great drama, you will experience some wonderful sceneries across France.
Sneak peek into the main characters:
Yoon So-so played by Lee Yeon-Hee
So-so is one of the top package tour guides in France who takes up the job to pay for her student fees.
San Ma-roo played by Jung-Yong-hwa
San Ma-roo is the troublemaker of the group. He joins the package trip alone after being dumped by his girlfriend, making him the only solo rider in the entire group. But that "Single" status is about to change as he falls in love with So-so.
We are excited to see Yong-hwa back on the small screen after two years.
Kim Gyung-jae and Han So-Ran played by Choi Woo-Sik and Ha Shi-Eun respectively
After dating for almost ten years, they are now at a crossroad and will have to decide to either end or take their relationship to the next level.
Jung Yeon-Sung and Na Hyun played by Ryu Seung-Soo and Park Yoo-Na respectively
For reasons unknown, Yeon-Sung is reluctant to disclose the kind of relationship he has with Na Hyan. This baffles the other travelers who are on a constant lookout for hints to figure out their exact relationship.
The old unhappy couple Oh Gab-Soo and Han Book-Ja played by Jeong Gyu-Su and Lee Ji-Hyun respectively
Han Book-ja is a sweet lady who has dedicated all her youth to take care of her husband. But now she fears of having done nothing meaningful with her life. She accompanies her husband on a trip to France.
There's also a mysterious man played by Yoon Park who is in search of So-so, but she doesn't want him to find her.
"The Package" will be fascinating as to how the characters from Korea will bond over the trip in a foreign country. I can't wait to see how all of this unfolds.
